Global initiative around assessment of 21st century skills

The Brookings Institution and the Global Partnership Education (GPE) will collaborate with the Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) at UNESCO Bangkok to explore the implications of the 21st century skills agenda for assessment. This will be a continuation of UNESCO Bangkok’s previous research in the area of 21st century skills or transversal competencies, the findings and recommendations of which was shared at the annual research and policy symposium hosted by the Brookings Institution in early April 2017.
