Teacher policy development guide: summary (Lao version)
The Teacher Policy Development Guide and its Summary were developed by the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030, also known as the Teacher Task Force (TTF), in close coordination with its external partners and UNESCO entities. The Guide presents an overview of nine interrelated teacher policy dimensions and issues to be considered in a national teacher policy, outlines policy responses that need to be considered, and suggests steps to elaborate and implement a national teacher policy. The Summary version of the Guide was translated into the Lao language by UNESCO Bangkok, to guide the country-led development process of a comprehensive national teacher policy in Lao PDR, with the support of UNESCO under the CapED in Lao PDR programme, and in collaboration with the TTF and relevant development partners.
