Purpose of the assignment: 
UNESCO is seeking for an individual consultant to coordinate among all Implementation Partners in Tak province under this project, including the Migrant Education Coordination Centre of Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 (Tak PEASO 2), Ministry of Education Thailand. The consultant is expected to  provide technical expertise, advice, guidance, counselling, planning and make specific proposals and support to the Implementation Partners as needed, as well as monitor the overall progress of the activities in Tak province in close collaboration with UNESCO Bangkok.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the operation of the project by the Implementation Partners in Tak Province
- Assist UNESCO to monitor the activities under the project carried out by all Implementation Partners (government and NGOs) in Tak province
- Support UNESCO to disseminate the results of the project
